PRE ALL-STATE AUDITION INFORMATION: The documents linked below contain important information that require your immediate attention should directors have students selected for the All-State Band, Chorus, or Orchestra.

NOTE for 2025: These documents are being posted online and sent to directors via email.  Choral, Band, and Orchestra directors must work together to complete and return/submit the needed materials – ONE (1) of each form per school.

Schools are strongly encouraged to send REGISTRATION and MEAL TICKET forms directly to the IHSMA Office BEFORE Tuesday, November 11, 2025.  This will avoid confusion and delays at check-in at the Iowa State Center and is greatly appreciated!  Meal requests received after Tuesday, November 11 will not be accepted.
